Missions Center

At the missions center, instead of items, conflicts are sold by agents of the military. People and Pokemon are out there to cause trouble, and Altairen's small military force means that they will sell missions to anything, civilian or otherwise. How well you get things done are up to you and your skills as a trainer. Each battle complete gives various levels to a Pokemon, depending on the opponent you fought against. If two Pokemon fight against the same opponent, the levels gained are split between them.

Rules:

• You cannot kill your opponent, human or otherwise.
  
• You cannot capture or steal the Pokemon randomized here unless you received a Pokemon of the same species and wish it to become a part of your plot that it joins your party after the battle. Its attacks and stats will be the same as how you received it however.
  
• You must defeat the Pokemon to gain the levels.
  
• You can battle up to two Pokemon per scenario written.
  
• You can ask for an extension for one scenario. The extension is indefinitely and you can write the battles for it and the next scenario. However, if a third new one comes up, you cannot write for the one that you missed, only the one you have an extension on and the current one.
  

Current Mission


Side-Missions
You can pay the Missions agent a 10 Mark fee to get an extra mission. A Pokemon will be randomized for you and you can battle against it. The rules for the scenario missions apply, but you only gain one level for defeating it. You can use two Pokemon to battle it, but the exp will be split.

You must pick which Pokemon you will be using for the side-mission and the generated Pokemon will be the same level as that Pokemon. How and why you defeat it is completely up to you.

Central Training Facility

Free for a day! The Military is opening the usage of their brand new training facility to the public. The first two battles are yours at no charge! All subsequent uses of the facility require a small fee.

Challenge yourself against some of the best trained Pokemon of the Military! Do you have what it takes to win?

Fliers are posted all around Central, advertising the opening of a Military facility to the public. A rare event for certain, though you never know the reasons behind such a generous offer. Perhaps to recruit new trainers to the Military? Perhaps to discourage competition? You will have to find out for yourself.

The facility itself is built like a battle field, Pokemon introduced without their trainers. The boundaries of the field are made of metal, so being backed into a corner or thrown into the walls could be hazardious. The trainers are raised above the metalic field in a trainer's box.

Metal railing and the height of the box make a trainer going into the battle field impossible at best, dangerous to their health at worst. The ground is hard-packed earth, and Pokemon are released into the field by means of a metal door on the opposite end of the field. Defeated Pokemon are recalled by the trainer at the other end of the door. Standing in the shadows, you would have no idea who the opposing trainer is.
