Well, I figure we have enough players to increase the mod base. I selected the first three mods due to how well I trusted them. For the next few mods, I will be selecting based on how well they write, how accurate their determination of certain attacks are, and last but not least, their fairness.
First, I would like for mods to write a battle scene. They are pitting a trainer against an NPC and it's the first round. You do not have to do damage or energy calculations. But, I would like to see your details in so far as the battle itself. You can pick any two Pokemon, of any level.
Second, I want for you to write an encounter for a trainer against an unnaturally colored Pokemon. Unnaturally in Altairen doesn't just mean shinies. It means a Pokemon of virtually any color can exist. Make something up, or don't, this is also to write about an encounter, not just how you make up a colored Pokemon.
Third, just a simple question.
Battle boxes are used for trainer battles against virtually anything to speed up the encounter and let people get back to the RP itself. Are you willing to use Battle Boxes? Yes / No
The forum to fill out:
Test #1
Test #2

Post them. I will not announce how many mods I am trying to recruit, so feel free to give it your best shot!

Test #1 lv. 45 vs. lv. 47 The confident Delcatty washed her face, watching her opponent to see what she'd do. Medicham, meanwhile, was focused on readying a fire punch to launch the Delcatty's way. She quickly lashed out her arm at her opponent, knocking the surprised Delcatty back and burning it. The now enraged Delcatty gave a low hiss before charging at Medicham with a tackle. But the fast fighting pokemon was able to jump out of harm's way. Medicham now began readying her second fire punch, eyes locked on the Delcatty. Delcatty rushed at her opponent with another tackle. At the same time, Medicham charged foward with her fire punch, and the two pokemon met each other halfway. The force of the blow knocked them both backwards, and they both took considerable damage. Medicham prepared her third and final punch, but this time the Delcatty struck fast. She hit Medicham with a particularly powerful tackle, momentarily stunning the fighting pokemon and rendering the punch useless. Now both pokemon were pumped, and stood waiting for their trainers' next command. Test #2As you cheerfully hike through the forest, you notice a pink and yellow creature in the distance. As you get closer, you see that it is a munchlax with a rather unusual pink and yellow fur coloring. The munchlax appears confused as it stumbles towards you. It may have already gotten into a fight and is now weakend. It would be the perfect opportunity to capture it, if you so desire. Will you fight it? Or just go your merry way? lv. 6 Battle boxes are used for trainer battles against virtually anything to speed up the encounter and let people get back to the RP itself. Test #1 lv 9 vr lv 7 Ready for battle the eager Magmar puffed out his chest, drawling in the cold night air and following his trainers orders, blew out a line of flames. Slow to move the enemies Snorlax stumbled back, his arms flying up to defend his face. But the flames burned nonetheless and the roar of it all nearly deafened him to his masters cries. Nodding in understanding he rushed the flames, head down and picking up speed. His sudden charge caught the Magmar unawares but he still managed to dodge the Snorlax's tackle. Falling back toward the earth fast, he pulled back his arm, claws extended. Snorlax was faster this time. Whirling around his beefy arm caught Magmar mid air, sending the fire pokemon flying backwards through the air. He lay, stunned for a moment, in the crater his fall had created before he regained his senses. Rising slowly to his feet he snarled, "Magmar!" Charging the Snorlax he rolled, flames curling around him as he started his last move. Flame wheel. Snorlax snarled back and rushed in with his own move, pound. The two met with a deafening thud and both froze for a moment before they were thrown back. The trainers watched stunned as both pokemon lay sprawled across the ground. It seemed like eternity before Magmar raised to his feet, lumbering over toward his fallen opponent. Snorlax might had been stronger, but Magmar had the most battling experience. He and his trainer had won. Test #2 As you walk along the deserted forest path, you faithful partner Scorch at your side, you start to realize that it seems to be growing darker. Thinking it to be rainclouds he glance up at the sky, and sure enough you are right. Hoping to get to town before the rain fall he pick up your pace until you are jogging. As the forest starts to clear you hear a pokemons voice. Turning you catch sight of a most unusually pokemon. One you have seen before, but not in such strange colors. It is a cyndaquil. His usually blue fur red, and his flames burning a bright blue. He is looking at you with wary eyes, looking half ready to fight and half ready to run. What will you do? Continue on? Or make it your own? Battle boxes are used for trainer battles against virtually anything to speed up the encounter and let people get back to the RP itself. Are you willing to use Battle Boxes? Yes

Test #1 lv. 20 lv. 23 The small fire fox aimed it's dangerous flames across the field at it's foe. The Lucario skillfully dodged one flamethrower but was clipped by the second, only to get hit fully by the third and final blow. The Lucario flew back but quickly stood back up, it aimed it's Hyper Beam at the Vulpix and watched as it was tossed back by the powerful beam. The Vulpix weakly stood up, knowing his opponent would have to wait a turn to attack once more, he was ready to attack. Test #2Suddenly a rustling sound could be heard in a bush close by. Before you had the chance to investigate a pokemon pops out. You look as it in sheer amazement, you had never seen suck colors on a vulpix. The little black pokemon examines you and you examine it, you notice the multi-colored tail and stripes and get keep your eyes away from the little guys. Before you know it he runs off, leaving you flabbergasted. Battle boxes are used for trainer battles against virtually anything to speed up the encounter and let people get back to the RP itself. Test #1 lv5 lv5 The bulbasaur growled at the chikorita, lowering the attack, but as it went to attack the chikorita, the chikorita dodged and hit the bulbasaur from the side, knocking the bulbasaur over, dealing a critical hit to bulbasaur. Test #2 As your walking along the river, the water level is starting to go down, and eventually just little puddles are left there. As you keep going down, you start notice what looks like a dam, but it made out of vines. The vines are slowly moving out of the way, and when you look to see why, you see a pink and yellow snorlax. It sitting there peacefully eating, not wanting to be disturbed. It looks strong however. Will you risk the chance to fight and capture it, or move on and leave it in peace? Test #1 Lvl 60 Vs Lvl 51 An air of competition filled the field as the pokemon were released from their pokeballs. The Garchomp stomped it's feet, and the Glaceon calmly arched it's back, preparing to attack or defend as its trainer ordered. The Garchomp started the battle off by kicking up a sandstorm, and charging the Glaceon head on, readying a fire fang attack. Pro it's trainers quick response, the Glaceon dodged out of the way, but there was no way to dodge the sandstorm --- It took minimal damage, and readied an ice beam attack. The Garchomp, missing it's target, plunged to the ground and flinched. The Glaceon's ice beam hit it dead on; This battle was over quickly, as the Garchomp took four times the normal damage, fainting instantly. The other trainer returned it to it's pokeball, sighing, but smiling as the Glaceon returned to it's trainer's side to celebrate their win. Test #2The shores of New Port are more than familiar to you --- The footprints you left here on the sand were your first footsteps into a new region, a new life. There's something calming, even in a hectic region like this, about the waves crashing up against the shore, or watching the boats come in, unloading trainers that resemble you in a way you can't place. With your weathered companion by your side, you're hit with a wave of nostalgia. There's a tug on your line, and as you reel it in, you don't face much struggle. At first you thought you must have caught a boot, or a tire, because surely a pokemon would put up more struggle. But no, as you pull in your line, hooked on the end is a magikarp that makes you stare in awe. There's nothing all that special about magikarp in general --- All they do is splash about until they evolve into their final form --- But this one was purely white, with black fins and whiskers. You release it onto the dock where it flips about helplessly. Uniquely colored or not, this pokemon doesn't seem to have much of a consciousness. What will you do now that you've reeled it in? Catch it, or release it back into the sea on which you arrived? Whichever choice you make, not much effort will be required. Are you willing to use Battle Boxes?: Yes, battle boxes are the shit.
