The Doctor the last of the time lords
The doctor only just recovering, from his last battle with the new Dalek empire, has regenerated once more into a new man this is his 12th incarnation, the lonely doctor has been rushed into something new and more terrible than anything ever before.
The time Lords are back, unknown to the doctor how it has even happened , and even the new high council of Timelords do not know how it has happened even the planet is there as magnificent as it ever was.
The time lords are no longer evil, ever since Rassilon and the old council were tossed out in to the deepest regions of gallifrey, they seek to find what has happened and why they are still alive.
Are darkness is gathering through out time and space, time its self seems to be on the verge of collapse, rifts are appearing in many time zones and events are happening in time that were not supposed to, skaro has returned.
So the Doctor has only just regenerated all this has happened, and he must be once again the hero of time and space.
