Black hair, the length down to the middle of his back. His bangs are long in front, usually with his right eye covered. His eyes are blue, with a yellow rim around the iris. His eye color changes with his mood, as some people are lucky enough to inherit. His eyes are gray when sad, and rather yellowish when angry. During happiness, they are kind of green. When in an indifferent mood, they are his normal blue. He has a long scar on the bottom of his left cheek, with a short one crossing it, looking like an X.
He is very muscular, but it isn't usually visible. He usually is wearing his black jacket, with chains adorning the front. The jacket is open to reveal a black t-shirt underneath. He usually wears Black Tripp Jeans, once again chains adorning the whole of them. His shoes are odd though. He wears black shoes, but they are more like boots, and actually have a three inch platform on them. Normally he is 6'0", but with his shoes, he is 6'3".
Also, though most would not see it, there is a scar across his entire back, in the shape of a big X, looking as if it had been carved. He also wears black lipstick, black eyeliner, mascara, and black fingernail polish. He also wears a pure silver necklace, with nothing but a simple X adorning it.
Personality:
Cody is very anti-authoritative. Mainly because he believes himself to be better than everyone else. A mild case of megalomania, though some would argue the "mild" bit. However, he falls right in with the Cocytus. He melds well with their ideals, and finds these people to be quite intelligent.
Though don't get it wrong, he still finds himself better. But he has a much easier time complying with their orders than the Dragon Slayers. Cody is a very twisted individual. He has a strong drive for power and control. It's one of the reasons he likes being a trainer.
His overall goal is to rise in rank with the Cocytus, and eventually take control of Altairen himself by taking control of the Cocytus. With Cody's drive, it's a reachable goal. Cody really did have dreams of world domination, and the Cocytus was offering him the first step he needed.
Biography:
Cody has always been a fond of the darkness and of the water. His mother had been a marine biologist, always searching the seas. His mother had died while trying to search for a mysterious Pokémon off the shore of the Altairen region, which was rumored to only be a myth. His father had been a preacher, always warning people to fight against the darkness. Cody was always sick of having religion forced down his throat, especially based on so many hypocrisies. His father died, ironically enough, after giving a sermon, one of the wires holding a large crucifix had snapped, and crushed him. So Cody always turned toward the darkness naturally. But it wasn't until he turned 16 had he really gotten into darkness. A mysterious shadow had beckoned to him one night in the woods. Cody felt brave and walked toward the shadow. But the shadow stayed hidden. Then, Cody could see nothing. When he awoke, he was laying in the middle of a field about a mile away. Cody felt determined to find the source of this strange phenomena, and felt if he could tune in with darkness more, he would discover the source. Anything dark or mysterious, he was drawn to. He studied it with angst. He discovered a scar on his back and cheek.
Cody came from Kanto, and lived there until one day, a local gang lord destroyed his house to use as a fortress. The gang lord chose his house specifically, though Cody didn't really understand why. His house was a pretty good size but there were plenty bigger. He wasn't really near anything big, but not way out of sight either. But Cody later on found out why. Cody's house had been sitting upon a large, abandoned gold mine. The ganglord wanted to tap it's resources. Cody quickly escaped from there, swearing revenge. Cody fled to the Altairen region, was forced to abandon all the Pokémon he had worked so hard to gather. He was going to make something of himself. He was going to tune into the darkness. He was going to find that mysterious Pokémon off the shores, and he was going to get revenge on the gang lord. But before he could accomplish any of those things, he needed to be come strong. He fled to Altairen, with nothing the clothes on his back, and his trusty Squirtle.
Once in Altairen, he saw this place was as much a disaster as Kanto was. He knew that if he wanted power, the military was his only option. He enlisted almost immediately. However, he was constantly causing squabbles. Mostly with his anti-authoritative attitude. He was later approached by a fellow Private, who told him of a group who was going to bring down the military. This appealed to Cody very much. Debunking the government and taking power? Cody liked the idea. Very much. Needless to say, Cody soon gave his soul to the Cocytus. I feel very sorry for Altairen now...
