Central, a city of people and pokemon. A city of military control and downtrodden generally unwilling citizens who just accepted the rule of the military with grudging dislike. A once vibrant city now exposed to disloyalty, and general lack of care it had fallen far since the coming of the military. This was the city that Master the Abra rode Absesas his "trainer" through. He looked from side to side as they moved noticing military everywhere, "Look at them Absesas. Like bugs that scurry through life trying to scratch out their own little niche in life never caring who the step on on their way up. They disgust me, and that you humans ALLOW this disgusts me even more." he said to his mindless doll using telepathy. He sighed slightly as the two continued walking, Absesas looking almost like the puppet he was as he walked, his covered eyes drawing more then a few interested looks. Master made Absesas go towards the nearest alley to escape attention as well as look for the harder to find pokemon. At this moment he noticed a pokeball lying in the trash and used his Psychic powers to make it float towards Absesas. "Grab it, it might be useful," he said as the two continued walking down whatever random alley they found. Master had Absesas stop at a cross as he thought he heard a noise from one of the piles of garbage that littered these types of areas, "Let me check it out, it might be a pokemon," he said and used his powers to levitate himself towards the garbage, ready to unleash psychic pain on whatever emerged.

The Pokeball released its contents in a flash of red light, and out flopped a golden Magikarp. It gasped and flopped about uselessly until it spotted you. It calmed down just enough to focus its energy on thinking as loudly as it could. I am hoping you tuned into his brainwaves for this, 'cos this is important.
"I AM A FRIEND," he thought at the top of his... mind. "THOSE HUMANS FORCED ME TO BE THIS WAY. THEY THREW ME AWAY. THEY ATE MY BRETHEREN. I WANT TO EAT THEM, TOO. I WANT REVENGE. HELP ME, PLEASE."
Well then. It seems you had a new companion, eh? It flopped about as fiercely as it could, trying to prove to you that it had the gusto to do what it promised to do. The city of Central would have hell to pay when this little guy evolved... if, of course, you were willing to not totally obliterate it.

Master stopped his forward motion and turned his attention towards the Magikarp his eyes flashing slightly in a mix of annoyance and distaste. "Friends? I have no such thing. Friends are for the weak and incompetent and i am NEITHER," he said and used is telekinesis to lift the Magikarp. "I am MASTER of all that surrounds me. I am the terror of the night that makes children quake in fear, makes grown men drop to their knees and BEG for mercy. Tell me one of obvious weakness why should i help you?" He stopped talking as a thought occurred to him, this Magikarp would some day become a Gyarados and those WHERE relatively powerful, sure they couldn't contend with the perfection and power of an Abra but they where big, and intimidating. A wicked smile crossed his face as his thoughts continued to race, "OK we shall allow you to join us and we shall see what you are capable of. Do NOT expect coddling, do NOT expect me to save you if you are about to die. The responsibility of getting strong is to find those stronger then you and crush them under the might of your power. Lets start with something that's more around your level." he said and continued forward with the still floating Magikarp as Absesas followed mutely behind. The intent of this was to find another Pokemon and to see what Magikarp could do.

"THANK YOU, MASTER. I WILL DO MY BEST." Magikarp flopped in mid-air as you guys went around, looking for Pokemon to battle. It was frigid day, so not many Pokemon were visible. In fact, it was so cold, only the dumbest of Pokemon would be out on a day like this... present company excluded, of course. As you went along, you heard a bunch of repeated thumps to the east. On closer inspection, it was a Pikachu ramming into a light pole over and over again. It seemed to enjoy what it was doing, and gleefully leaped at the pole. Well. It may have a type advantage, but I don't think it's smart enough to use it, really. Training Fodder Encountered:

Master grimaced at the site of the Pikachu smashing itself into the pole, "Another easy to manipulate pokemon," he thought to himself then looked at Magikarp, "Here is your chance to prove what you can do. Go beat that Pikachu," he said and sent the Magikarp towards the Pikachu.
"Easiest way to do this is to just tell you what to do. Use tackle three times and try to dodge as much as possible." He said to keep the orders simple.
Orders are Three Tackles

"Magikarp use three more tackles on that Pikachu. It seems to be a bit brain-dead so it shouldnt cause to much trouble. If it decides to attack you, though, i want you to dodge by flopping around. Your a fish its should be ifficult to pinpoint where you will go and where you will land." Master said and watched to see what happened. He honestly didnt have much faith in the little fish against an opponent that ACTUALLY attacked back, at least not until he evolved into Gyarados. He shook his head and foresaw a bunch of rather intense battles for this little fish before i got to the point where it would be of any use whatsoever. At the very least it would work as a diversion if need be.
*Magikarp Three Tackles, Dodge if necesary*

Master was starting to get bored of this and decided to just go the easy route. He sighed and looked at Magikarp, “Ok just keep using Tackle on it. Either it will faint from lack of energy or damage, either way it works.” He said and shook his head. This was definitely an easy battle, but it was also very boring. He took this time to use his Psychic powers to play around and started lifting pieces of garbage and twirl them in the air in intricate designs to give himself something to do.
Tackle Tackle and more Tackle

One of the pieces of garbage had a worm in it that seemed to wiggle around. Wiggle wiggle. Waggle. Oh there were more worms. Huh, someone needed to take out the garbage more often. That or you just so happened to be playing with rotten food. You never specified what kind of garbage you were playing with. But as it turns out, this particular garbage does, indeed, have worms.
Oh look, another round passed. Pikachu seems to be foaming at the mouth and twitching a little. Its eyes are rather unfocused, one looking either way. Hm.

Magikarp launched itself for one more Tackle on the Pikachu. This one hit rather hard, sending Pikachu flying back for a moment. It sort of stood there, staring off into space. For a few moments, nothing at all happened. Then, Pikachu walked back to the pole and started to hump it. It didn't like the other side, but it liked this side. However, make up sex time didn't last for long before it fell over, having forgotten to acrually grab the pole while doing his acts.
When it got back up again, it seemed to blame the pole for him having fallen off and the ramming resumed. Before long, the dumb thing just collapsed in exhaustion. Oh well.

Abra sghed and shook his head. It was obvious this pikachu was sorely lacking in the brains department and he didnt think he would be able to do anything for it. He shrugged and noticed what looked like a TM on the ground amongst the garbage. He pulled it out and read that it was bubble and used it on Magikarp. “There now try that see what you think?” he said and Magikapr opened its mouth and sprayed out a long stream of bubbles. She flopped in happiness just as Absesas was recalling it. “Now that was really boring.” Master said and started moving again. His goal was to find another wild Pokémon…hopefully less brain dead then the last.

Well, maybe the city's Pokemon would turn up something slightly better. Or maybe not, we'll have to see. This alleyway didn't seem to have anything, so a little moving round might be in order. After some searching, it seemed that nothing with more than two brain cells wanted to live so close to the vicious humans who ruled Central. It was then that you noticed a something moving just on the outskirts of town.
Curious as to what it might be, you approach, only to have the grass get up and walk. Wait, what? Oh, it was two Oddish. They were walking away from your sla-- trainer, and looked somewhat worried to have been spotted. Perhaps they were trying to sneak into town, but now they wanted to get away.

Master grinned with a purely evil smile. He floated forward and closed in on the two Pokémon. His intent was to attack and knock them both out. His orders, as per his decision, where to attack the one farthest from him with three psychic attacks. If the first one fainted after the second he focused on the next one then.
Psychic three times on one, then the other if first faints.
