Name: Borislav Malkov
Nickname: Boomer
Age: 22
Gender: Male
Profession: Scientist
Alignment: Neutral

Appearance:
Boomer is a bit on the short side with 170cm in height. He's a bit broad, but not overly muscled. He dresses plainly, preferring gray and brown tones to blend in better with his surroundings. His brown hair is longer and falls in his eyes and neck. He has dark gray eyes which are ever serious. He carries a large backpack around in which he keeps his science kits.
Personality:
Boomer is a quiet guy. He's not shy, but he just doesn't trust people very quickly. He can be very suspicious about people and Pokemon he just meets, but once you befriend him, he will open up to you. He is intelligent and dedicated to his work as a researcher.
Often, he will drop everything to take samples of ground or water to examine. Boomer is serious and doesn't like joking around. He's only just gotten into the whole 'trainer' hype, but might collect more different kind of useful Pokemon, especially poison types!
Biography:
Borislav was found, washed on the shores of Fuchsia City when he was a young child. He carried a small bag of belongings where they found the name "Borislav Malkov". The child was raised by members of the Fuchsia Gym Clan. The boy, nicknamed 'Boomer', had little talent to become a ninja, but proved very intelligent and talented handling poisons and chemicals. They treated Boomer like one of their own and he felt quite at home, growing up together with Janine, the daughter of the Gym Leader.
When he turned 12, he was given his first Pokemon; A female Spinarak. The two had a troubled start, Boomer not being familiar with Pokemon (or any living matter for that matter). He often forgot to feed the Spinarak or take proper care of him. Eventually, the two learned to get along, Spinarak prodding Boomer away from his research when he needed something. Boomer had little interest in fighting with Spinarak, but he became very interest when Spinarak started growing a horn, out of which he could extract poison. From that moment on, Boomer became more interested in Spinarak as a companion as well as a study object.
Boomer left the region and his hometown to learn more about the different kinds of poison and the effect they have on the environment. He packs his bag and takes his trusty little friend Spinarak. They arrive in the new lands pretty naive, with barely an idea what this country is like.
