The hat upon his head looks very much like that of a Raichu. It is orange in color and has two large ears on either side of Keita's head and has a long Raichu like tail trailing down his bck from the hat. Looking toward the front you will notice the hat also has the eyes, smile and even cheeks of a Raichu sewn into his novelty hat.
His jacket is also oragne in color to match with his hat. The end of the extra long sleeves have been dyed brown and appear to have been down as a home job. The bottom of the jacket has slight tears in it and has definatly seen better days.
Beneathe his worn out jacket is a simple white t-shirt, although not nearly as entertaining as the rest of the apparel it is commonly seen and is only switched out on occasion between a simple black t-shirt. The necklace that hangs from Keita's neck hold's his former partner's pokeball. Not a single scratch on it and hardly used he always wears it dangling in front of his chest. Simple faded blue jeans cover his legs and the back portion of both shoes. What used to be blue slowly faded to a dull greyish brown. He wears brown shoes with thick soles so as to not need to replace them any time soon and so they could go with any terrain. When traveling he carries a brown back-pack with two straps, even though both straps are fully functional he always wears the right strap slung over his left should, as a result the left strap is in perfect form and the right strap is slowly falling apart and often comes undone.

Personality: Can be rather loud and obnoxious but thats usually one of the reasons people love him. Usually quick to anger although he will always try to hide it unless further provoked or just running very low on self esteem or plain old energy. Keita has never been one to fit in with the crowd, yet he always seemed to have an excess of friends and people surrounding him. As much as he loves his friends and family he can't handle constant attention or noise from those around him. If with held within a group of friends, or just random people for longer than desired he will just crash emotionally. He will appear tired, sluggish and overall just really freaking bored. Always one to take a risk he loves showing off, but never likes being showed up.
Biography:
Nothing more than a young boy when the war had started Keita was absorbed into battle under false pretences. While playing in a field one day he was suddenly forced to the ground as something hit the side of him and shocked his body. It took him a moment to realize he had even been hit and fallen to the ground. He rose back to his feet and looked down to see a Raichu staring back at him, clearly just as confused as he was. It had a large gash in it's left ear and trembled at the site of a human. Never seeing any stage farther than a pikachu he couldn't put a name to the pokemon.
As he knelt down on one knee to reach out to comfort the pokemon a voice was heard from across the feild deeper into the woods. The Raichu jumped at the voice and quickly clung to Keita. Keita pet the stunned pokemn and tried to calm it's nerves. The voice called out again. "Raichu!" It sounded angry with the pokemon. Keita looked at the shaking creature and confirmed the name in his own head. Raichu. "RAICHU!" The voice was growing closer, not to mention much less happy with each shout.
Keita stood up and looked down at the electric bundle clinging to his leg. "I'll be right back.", he said. The Raichu looked up at him with tear filled eyes as if begging Keita not to leave him. Keita turned and began walking towards the voice, as he reached the trees the man with the rough voice emerged from the forest and drew his rifle pointing it at young Keita's face.
"You! Boy! Seen a Raichu come running through here?!" Shouted the man still sounding very angry and extremely impatient.
Without thinking the young Keita replied in a sqeeky high pitched voice, "Yes i have! And i don't think you've been treating him very nice!" Not understanding the prediciment he was in Keita had answered with a child like thought of justified goodness from his heart. Expecting the man to apologize and leave the Raichu alone from now on he thrust his chest forwards and placed both his hands on either side of his hips.
The man did not like this answer at all. He figured he could just pull the trigger and claim his Raichu again as his own. After all, it was war. Could anyone really say who had killed this boy? Not at all. As his finger twitched and relocated onto the trigger ready to fire, a flash of light blinded Keita momentarily and the man now lay dead on the ground. Keita was shocked and completely stunned, he had known about the war, he had heard about the struggles, he had heard about death, but to see a man who was alive only a moment ago lying dead before him was completely different.
No motion was made, no sound was to be heard, you could hardly tell that Keita himself was still living with how still his body became. He wanted to run and cry, but he couldn't. All he could do was stare at the man's corpse. He likely would have remained in such state for hours on end before finally collapsing from exhaustion if Raichu had not tugged upon his pant legs. He jumped ever so slightly and looked down to see the Raichu with a wide grin on his face. Raichu ran to the man and took a chain off the man's waist band that held six pokeballs on it. Raichu returned to Keita with all six dragging across the ground, the chain held in its mouth. Dropping the chain infront of Keita and removing one of the balls he nudged it causing it to bump into Keita's shoe.
Picking up the small orb Keita pressed the center button and it grew larger in Keita's palm. He looked back at Raichu who only nodded. He turned the ball towards Raichu and a red stream of light seemingly absorbed Raichu into the small ball. Shocked Keita dropped the ball and the Raichu reappeared smiling.Attaching the other five pokeballs to his belt Keita strung the chain around his own neck. Repressing the button on the pokeball, the orb shrank back down and Keita hung it around his neck on the chain. Raichu just smiled an even wider grin.
As the two new comrades were just begining to calm down another voice was heard from deep in the forest. Once again it sounded rough and mean. Raichu turned and after a moments hesitation ran and picked up the dead man's rifle and ID card bringing them back to Keita. Keita took them both with shaking hands. Raichu nodded and took off in the direction of the voice.
Chasing after his new friend Keita sprinted into the woods trying to keep up with Raichu. A sudden stop by Raichu caused Keita to stummble slightly as he tried to stop. He regained his balance and looked forward to see a rather stern looking man clothed in military garb. "Private Fox i presume?", came the man's voice strong and clear. Keita stood still, stunned again, unsure of what to do. Raichu responded with a confirming "Rai!". Both humans looked down at the pokemon, Keita shocked and afraid, the military man just as stern as before. "Follow me. You have been assigned to us at unit 13. Your commanding officers at unit 73 spoke very highly of you." The man turned and walked away. Keita followed in shaking steps and often wobbling from side to side.
As such Keita had been labeled as "Fox" within the army. He decided to call the Raichu by the name Fox. What appeared as a joke to other men, was a secret shared between the two comrades. Fox was secretly Keita, and Raichu was dubbed Fox. The two realized they had to be strong and learn quickly if they were to survive in the army, especially Keita, who was in reality to young to be fighting a war. Quickly rising through the ranks and eventually becoming the commander of unit 13 the war seemed to be growing to a conclusion, but this was just false hope behind the mind of a teenager. Each battle was planned out very well and had low casualties of the 13th unit.
Keita started to become famous amongst troops. "Commander Fox can lead us to victory!", "One battle closer to finishing this!". Keita had heard it all. Seemingly invincible the 13th unit was cut down to nothing in what seemed like seconds. An ambush from cliffs next to the base caught them all off guard. Soldiers scrammbled for weapons and pokemon paniced not knowing which direction to attack. Keita and Fox saw a large group and faced them. Fox let loose with an electric blast causing the enemy soldiers to drop to the ground. Before a second attack could be used the ground exploded behind the duo.
Keita awoke to find all the men under his control had been killed or captured. He stood up in a hurry trying to find Fox. He searched the nearby area for hours trying to find his beloved Raichu. All that could be found were corpses, yet none of them were his dear Fox. Not knowing what to do he fled the scene wishing only to forget the horrid visions of war and the loss of his best friend Fox. Still carrying the pokeball of his friend he decided to dedicate himself as a pokemon trainer and find a way to put a stop to all war and strife across Altairen.
